Muje femur fracture hai 1 year sa uppar ho gaya but abhi bhi mai walk ni kar sakta mean normal gait hai plzz suggest me ki kya karu

As its being 1 year , femur is one of the strong bone and you are young too , so there is bio mechanical and muscle function issue . get proper assessment done by a physiotherapist near you and take it very serious you need proper rehabilitation which include proper muscle function and gait training

Your entire body weight goes to your legs. So it requires a bit more time to come back to normal. Guided exercises and stretching is a must.

aap ho sake to youtube ya google pe normal gait pattern search karlijye.. aur dhyan se dekiye pehele aapp ke heel floor ko touch karna hoga fir pair or phir ungliya..aur phir se heel ko uttana hoga. issko phele practice karlo( ye aapp ek mirror ke samne practice kar sakte hai)
