I would like to know whether tooth extraction is required and if so, is it safe to extract the permanent teeth

It is not necessary to extract in all Orthodontic treatment cases. It is need, case specific. And, in case one has to undergo extraction of permanent teeth, it is absolutely safe, scientific. Orthodontist will collect all necessary diagnostic records, like x-rays, study models and guide you properly.

In some cases of orthodontic treatment, tooth extraction needed to create space . That space ll b utilised to arrange the teeth in proper arch . It don't ve any harm to pt , this is one of the clinically proved method in orthodontic treatment. So witjout any hesitation go ahead....👍
