Making sure periods starts right on time
How can I make sure my periods starts right in the 30th day of my cycle? I have PCOS and so my periods is always late by a week. I have a trip planned in January and I want my periods to be over before the trip begins. For that my periods have to start right after 30 days. Is there a medicine I can rely on?

You should start Tab Regesterone 5 mg, one tablet twice daily for 5 days with effect from day 18 December. The medicine will finish on 23 December and the period will start on 30 or 31 December. It will last for the usual duration of your periods.
