Respected Doctor,
I have been taking medicines for OCD and anxiety for last 32 years. I am doing well now. But for last one year, I am making a very low intensity but easily perceptible voice from my throat which is noticed by people around me in my office, home and the colony park where I go for a walk. I am not able to stop it. What can it be?

People who have ocd are prone to having tics...which can be vocal or motor. Can you control the sound? Does it increase or decrease with rest? Is it associated with any thoughts? Please talk to your psychiatrist about it and also see a neurologist.
