Having major pain in neck and left shoulder. The pain spreads to the entire back and gradually the back of the head hurts badly.

Hello visit orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist for assessment it can be because of trapezius muscle spasm and postural changes due to profession. Till you visit doctor do icing on painful area thrice a day for 5 to 10 minutes.
