Maintain a healthy lifestyle with issues
I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, also allergic to some nuts. I live in Rajasthan and am not able to consume nonveg because of high temperatures. Please let me know how to consume healthy food and maintain a good lifestyle. I also have a prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc. Let me know how to stay physically active. I'm a phd student and mostly spending my day in front of a computer.

Hello! Exclude wheat and its products in your diet. Kindly look for labels as well before buying products from the market. You can have oats instead of wheat. Eat lots of fruits and salad. You can do morning walk for 15 to 20 mins. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hi Gluten and lactose intolerance has to be managed carefully. First thing u need to avoid is whole wheat and it’s products for gluten intolerance.

Include more seasonal fruits and green veggies and avoid gluten and all bakery food. Include different cereal other than wheat . Exercise regularly for 30 min. Drink water for 10-12glasses daily.
