I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, also allergic to some nuts. I live in Rajasthan and am not able to consume nonveg because of high temperatures. Please let me know how to consume healthy food and maintain a good lifestyle. I also have a prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc. Let me know how to stay physically active. I'm a phd student and mostly spending my day in front of a computer.

Exclude wheat and its products in your diet.
Kindly look for labels as well before buying products from the market.
You can have oats instead of wheat.
Eat lots of fruits and salad.
You can do morning walk for 15 to 20 mins.
