My brother has been advised to take maha sudharshan kada. He is very weak and has fever 99- 99.4 like that foe quite a few months. Please advise if it is good.

Suffering from low grade fever continuously for several months.
It's better to go for deep investigation.
Maha Sudarshan Kada is so so.
If fever gets normal than it's good enough.
