M2 tone syrup- stomach upser
Hi, my doctor recommended me to take m2 tone syrup, 2 tbsp twice a day. I feel somewhat heavy after taking it. And also got upset stomach. Is it normal? Should I continue taking it? I take it 1 hour after lunch and dinner.

M2 tone doesn't do stomach upset, u might be having other reasons for this
Take rabeprazole once a day for 5 days
Avoid spicy food, take plenty of water, do yoga pranayama
