Dear Doctors i have swelling in right cervical lymph nodes in neck after doing fnac test it would found lymph nodes Tuberculosis earlier 8 months ago i have done ct abdomen and found lymph nodes enlarged but doctor said possiblity of tuberculosis but not started the medicine but after 8 months after FNAC test i have started the medicine with akt4 course but recently doctor has changed the medicine with individual rcnex600 with more combination how can i check it is normal tb or mdr tb

If ur lymph nodes are regressing then it is most likely a normal tb. If it’s not regressing then a lymph node biopsy and Genexpert Test need to be done to detect drug resistance.

You have to get culture and sensitivity test done to know about resistance to medicines Continue with present treatment and get culture test done also
