Lymph nodes problem,
Hi. My uncle has been under medication for long years, but no body able to diagnosed the actual disease and not able to cure it. In his report, it is mentioned as below.. Splindloid fibroblastic densely collagenized stroma and focally infiltrated focal cells. Focal area of necrosis noted. No malignancy or atypia seen. Pls suggest exactly what to do next.

The report did not mention , the part from where the biopsy has been taken. It would be good to see the complete report. Patient needs complete clinical evaluation in person before deciding any further tests.
