What does a lymphoma lymph node feel like in comparison to a normal palpable lymph node?

Normally lymph nodes are not palpable. Lymphoma node is hard and painless on palpation.

A lymphoma node will be enlarged in size and more than 1 cm in diameter and palpable. Lymph nodes in the axilla, neck and inguinal can be palpated normally but other's aren't.
