Lymph node swelling
My son is 5 yeaes old. He got 2 enlarged lymph nodes in the cerival area in the neck. We noticed this enlargement about 2 weeks ago. The size of the 1st one is about 1.7 cm and the second one is about 1.5 cm and they are both oval shaped but painless most of the time. After examination he appeared to have severe tonsillitis that is totally asymptomatic except little bit snoring. CBC was done also and it is totally normal including lymphocyte count and total leukocyte count. ESR is 19 and within

Nothing to worry... It is simply a sign of inflammation... Take proper antibiotics...
