I accidentally discovered a small lump in side of my neck above shoulder it can be felt only 2 3 months back which my doctor told me is not located on any serious neck level area it isn't doing any harm neither it has grown and i don't have any other symptoms i did my blood tests urine and stool also i got panicked i went to a specialist then i did an usg it detected lymph node swollen he told me to keep an eye on the size and leave it alone also told me it doesn't require any needle test doctor told me it probably had been there for years if it has been anything serious it would have grown i would have symptoms like fever weight loss and night sweats. Is it safe to leave it alone
