When we consulted a cardiologist he told that pumping of heart is not good and asked go for angiogram.But he is having serum creatinine as 2.0 . Is it ok to go for angiogram and attached Doppler study report

In my opinion if it's not an acute MI he shouldn't go for an angiogram because it might further worsen the renal function To rule out an acute event get cardiac enzyme done Two sets at six hours Quantitative Trop T and CPK/CPKMB stat and at six hours Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist
