Luteal phase excercise
Hi, Currently my luteal phase is going on (4dpo) and we are trying for pregnancy. I am overweight (87kg) and all other hormonal tests are normal. Dr asked me to reduce weight so I walk 11km daily (1 HR morning , 1 HR evening and 1/2 HR at night). Will this affect implantation? Shall I reduce it during luteal phase ?
