Lungs Urgent:HRCT Thorax/XraychestPA/CBC
It is for my son 21 years old. Need URGENT Advice. Fever and Cough for last 18 Days Dengue and Typhoid Negative on 11 September Please look at the Enclosed X Ray Chest and HRCT Thorax dated today Also Enclosed CBC. Giving Augmentin 650 twice a day last Four days  Now Fever under control. Please Advice, Guide and want to know the DIAGNOSIS. Special reference please see Enclosed HRCT Thorax and X Ray Chest PA. Two Attachments. Thanks in Anticipation.

Do sputum for zn, genexpert, aerobic culture Repeat chest xray if the 1st xray was done before starting antibiotics, and if no worsening then continue antibiotic gor atkeast 7-10 days If worsening on chest xray, await sputum reports or go ahead with bronchoscopy

These reports suggest that there is some mild infection in the lung which is pneumonia If he has sputum get sputum examination done
