Lung infection
What could be the reason for Lung infection after uterus removal surgery through laparoscopy? Note: Patient was given General Anesthesia. Patient is diabetic but under 200pts during and after surgery and 2 units blood was transfused. After surgery patient was suffered from on and off severe shivering and fever, and vomit(like jelly in light green color)

Hello.......Those symptoms are normal after surgery.. But lung infection and laproscopic surgery are not connected... Lung infection Is not a complication of surgery... What's is type of lung infection she has... It could be nosocomial infection where pathogens transfer from one to another I'm hospital.
