Taking Montelukast, want to try Azithromycin. The problem is, I've been suffering from shortness of breath, and the doctor prescribed me this medicine. I get a cough quickly, and I believe I'm suffering from bronchitis. The problem is, I'm taking much medication, but the problem is not getting solved. I have to take montelukast every night, or I can't breathe and become asthmatic like in the middle of the night. Please help me find a good solution to this problem. Please suggest some solution.

azithromycin and montelucast are altogether different compounds. Please check with your treating doctor and discuss. Inhalers can also be tried.
