Lumps near Anal opening
Hi Sir/ Madam Greetings for the day Please find the screenshot of my query and today one more observation is, I am getting blood bleeding from Anus. It will be more helpful if the treatment is able to perform by myself temporarily. So please kindly respond to my issue. Thanks and regards Gowtham Chevuru

As per your description you seems to have haemorrhoid ( piles ) Follow the advise of your doctor But if you have more pain then you can add a local anaesthetic ointment to relieve the pain Diet as advise follow religiously sitz bath with dettol or Betadine . At least two to three times a day . plenty of water orally (about two litres daily )
Next Steps
Xylocain gel 2% locally two to three times a day Tablet paracetamol three time a day Amoxycillin 500 mg three times a day if you still have bleeding

From your symptoms it looks like hemorrhoids. Consult a general surgeon in person for examination. Continue with ointment and sitz bath. Include fiibre rich diet Plenty of fluids Avoid oily spicy food
