Lumps in stomach and back

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Few days ago i had small growings( lumps) in my hands. When i got it diagnosed it was lipoma. Now there are 4-5 small lumps in my stomach area as well and 2 in back area. Can you Tell me whether these are lipoma or something else.
