So please check in the image where i have encircled, just above my buttock cleft, there is a bone(felt only when you palpate), and it's not cyst for sure, its a rock hard bone..
Is that normal anatomy? I am much scared!
No pain, but i am obsessed with checking it again and again by rubbing :/. I googled something and scary things came up, which i regret. But can it be the normal sacrum bone? Please help me! When i rub it i feels like jelly type, when i palpate the muscle, did i over do massaging/palpating that due to that area is inflamed and feels jelly type?
Note: no pain no burning.
