Lump on right side of neck
Hello my friend has lump on right side of neck its little painfull from last 2-3 weeks suddenly from past few days he is experiencing hair loss also...and fever which comes and go.

Hi. Fever on and off with neck swelling. Plz describe the neck swelling as of where exactly it is. The most probable diagnosis is TB lymphadenitis. Plz get a FNAC done. Montex test also. If TB is ruled out then have to check for lymph nodes otherplaces also or do a excision biopsy to see if it’s lymphoma. U can take my advice on what’s app 741xxx6141

it might be enlarge lymph nodes,  due to  infection.
Next Steps
can get investigation like crp,  s. ferritin, and also TB related investigations.
