  4. Lump on neck. Dizy whenever i stand up!

I notices a lump on the back of my neck at the bottom two weeks ago. The muscles around it hurt and for the past two days I have been getting a constant headache on the left hand side of my head. I also feel very dizzy whenever I stand up
