My baby is 50 days old after 1st dose pcv and pentavalent she got lump on left thigh ..and after applying ice it's nots reducing ..what to do for that ??

Post vaccine lumps may present like this. If there is no redness or pain ....just wait and watch , avoid giving vaccines on the same site (1cm below or 1 cm above can be given )

Small size can be there for a month to 6 month also
It doesn't go away with medicine, a factor of time.
