1) local warm compress
2) injection of steroid in the swelling
3) removal by a minor procedure

Since it has happened second time you need to consider few more things
1) get your vision checked. Recurrent Chalazia can occur by repeated rubbing or touching of
the eyes due to spectacle number which is not prescribed
2) try to maintain hand and eye hygiene more meticulously.
