Lump on buttock
There's a lump in my back, it's painful and warm to touch. I occasionally get fever too( probably due to pain from lump).

Greetings! This could be a furuncle that has formed an abscess. Kindly See a qualified surgeon / dermatologist at the earliest ! it may need to be drained - and firstly you may require a course of antibiotics. You can take paracetomol for pain and fever.
