  4. Lump in throat when tilting the head up.

Lump in throat when tilting the head up
Had a severe cold for 10 days last month. Noticed a lump like texture in my right neck which appears only when I tilt my neck upwards. Took an USG of neck after suggestion. Attaching report here. Can some one please say if it is serious. Am very scared
