Lump in throat when tilting the head up
Had a severe cold for 10 days last month. Noticed a lump like texture in my right neck which appears only when I tilt my neck upwards. Took an USG of neck after suggestion. Attaching report here. Can some one please say if it is serious. Am very scared

Take antibiotics course then if persists get an FNAC of one of the node done
