Since the past few days, I feel that there is a lump in throat which is hurting. It's also causing difficulty in swallowing food and liquids. How do I cure it. I also had sex few days back. Can it be related to that.

Sexual contact may play a role if it was oral. It may causes gonococal pharyngitis. Share a pic of your throat if possible so that I can be more precise in diagnosis.
