Lump in the groin below scrotum
I discovered a small lump about 0.4 inch below scrotum skin 7 days ago then after 3 days I showed it to the Mbbs MD dermatologist.He examined it with hand then he said it is nothing to worry about it is lipoma but you can take a opinion of general surgeon.I asked him if it is cancer he said no.And today this lump has reduced to 0.2 inch which I feel is lesser than before.should I be worry or can dermatologist have knowledge about lumps?please help me

A fatty lump most often situated between the skin and underlying muscle layer. Lipomas are slow growing and usually harmless. Rarely, they can be cancerous. Some people have more than one.
