Painless lump in groin lymphnode
I have a painless lump in groin area for one month. When first time I saw It and gently pressed it started secreting a lot of pus type fluid. Now sometimes when I press it pus type fluid come first and then blood come. It is 1 cm in size and not increasing. It is not so hard. It is just under the skin not so deep and it is movable. Should I worry about lymphoma? No other symptoms at all.  I am worried because it is painless and not decreasing. Plz give suggestions thank you.
