Lump in mouth examined by dentist, ENT
Hello i Had a painless lump which was hard in right side of my mouth on floor below toungue near salivary gland.. A month back a general BDS DENTIST took apu opg and xray of it and it didn't show anything so anyhow i got it removed surgically but now after healing of wound that lump like hardness is back and i went to ENT and Oral surgeon too both examined and checked it and said there is nothing to worry and mostly it might be some fibrosis or because of a tooth cap whose root canal was done wrong. And said to let it be.. That hardness or lump in my mouth is there i kmow doctor has asked me not yo worry but i am an overthinker so wanted opinion of some good oncologist or cancer specialists here. I am attaching xray and photo of my mouth here
