I've had a lump in my armpit that has gradually increased in size over the years. When I first noticed it, it was around the size of a small grape and now id say its around the size of a golf ball. It is soft to the touch and doesn't hurt. Should I be worried

probably axillary lymph nodes. need to be investigated and treated immediately .
do you have any cough ?
any fever ?
any pain ?
also need to get FNAC done of the same. revert witht the reports
