Hi doctor,
I’ve noticed a lump or tightness in my armpit for a long time, and I’m concerned about it. I first noticed it very long back, and again noticed in 2023 when I had a lung infection (TB) it hasn’t changed much over time. When I raise my arm, I don’t feel anything, but when my arm is down, I feel a little tight or a lump. It doesn’t hurt. Do you think this is something I should be concerned about? Could this be a swollen lymph node, cyst, or something else? Should I get an ultrasound or any tests?
