Lump an extra skin inside vaginal

I have a lump inside my vagina. Its itches sometimes. I have had 2 natural births. I'm not sure how long its been down there but now I can feel it when I or sit. It feels like I have a tampon inside me at all time. What can this be I also have pictures if it need to be seen with the natural eye. I'm so scared please help
