Hi there.. lumbosacral strain is muscular injury due to sudden twisting turning bending leading to muscle spasm and pain..treatment includes bed rest for atleast 6-8weeks depending on severity of symptoms, hot fomentation, local application of muscle relaxant gel, oral muscle relaxants, oral pain killers like aceclofenac100mg.. avoid bending, heavy weight lifting.. hope this helped you..
