As per MRI report broad based posterior- central and left paracentral disc protrusion at l5- l1 level, impinging on thecal sac and bilateral traversing S1 nerve roots, more so on left. Mild posterior dic herniation at l4-l5 level, indenting over thecal sac. kindly advice

Consult a spine surgeon or Orthopaedic surgeon regarding the examination . Physiotherapy along with Medication should help if you symptoms are not severe
