Lumbar spondilysis
Yeah i have doing excercises almost regularly but its not helping. Calcium n protein intake like what can be taken?? Is it seriouS??

Don't sit too much as sitting will aggravate your pain.. visit some manual physiotherapist who can help you and mobilise you spine which will decrease your pain. Then therapist will let you know which all exercises you should do.
