Lumbar spondilysis
Back ache from two years Undergone physiotherapy sessions.no pain in leg , only at the lower back. There is a constant pain, which increases during bending and periods.

Hy u start some exercises like isometric back and spinal extension. Avoid forward bending.and correct your sitting posture during work hours.and take rich protein and calcium diets.
