Lumbar bulges and lipohemangioma
I am diagnosed with lumbar bulges in 3 locations with protrusion and a lipohemangioma through MRI, i have sharp pain from buttock to thigh region while walking and standing. no other symptoms for now. Dr. suggested for surgery. Now i am in confusion if i have to go for surgery or not, which Dr. to visit for 2nd opinion ortho or neuro

It is difficult to suggest without examining, just based on the MRI findings. MRI findings are not suggesting any compressive elements and thus the surgery must be done with due caution. Personally will not suggest.
