If you have a tobacco chewing or smoking habit, stop it. Visit a dentist or Oral Medicine specialist, if the white areas are confirmed as leukoplakia, a biopsy may be required. Next treatment will depend on the biopsy results. Lycopene may help, you may continue with it.

Hi...Firstly you need to stop any habit you have whether its smoking or chewing tobacco or betel nut. Secondly you need to visit a nearby dentist for proper examination since you dont seem sure if its leukoplakia.Avoid self medication.
