I have been diagnosed with lpr and currently under medication.. I have tenderness in the place shown in picture.. There's no pain but if pressed there is pain that is tenderness... Is it related to lpr or do I need to do something? Thank you.

take an analgesic n it ll be fine.
for LPR u should avoid
heavy meals..
immediate lying after food
early dinner
spicy food
