Lower spine pain
My spine pains in lower center and both sides of lower center spine pains, sours. Which may be leading to my leg pains.
I have regular legs pain and are not feeling strong at all.

Hello well it's quite possible that you are facing muscular spasm... suggest you to use any analgesic spray for the time being... it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined to r ule out causes related to spine or postural problems.. since you explain me about the leg pains also it's quite possible that it is telated to spine only.
