Lower right abdominal pain, red patches

Dear sir/madam, My mother is having lower right abdominal pain since 4 days. Also she is having 2 red patches on the skin(no itching). We are not sure whether it's herpes/shingles infection. Attached the pic. Kindly advise the next steps. Thanks in advance.
