Lower left spine pain
I experience pain in the left lower left side of my spine. When i bend down and try to get up i feel aching pain and cannot stand straight at one go. When i sit on ground on mat etc with legs crossed amd try to get up i feel my back is pushing backwards and still bend. I also feel very little swelling on the lower left

You seem to have backpain in bending and floor activities. This could be most likely due to strain of muscles in your back and rarely, due to slipped disc. You should meet your Orthopaedic surgeon who may prescribe Xrays for you and maybe other investigations.
