Lower left side rib cage pain

Question

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Sudden development of lower left rib cage pain for last 4-5 days. I'm 38 yrs old and seems the pain started after a swimming session. I'm overseas now and returning this weekend . Meanwhile I m not sure if this is a serious issue to wait until Monday. I've also got a history of indigestion, gas and allergy (causing repeated sneezing) due Bangalore pollution.
