Lower left abdominal pain
There has been pain in the lower left abdominal & irritation on the mouth of penis & i do feel like going to urine many times but amount of urine is low

Hello, lower abdominal pain, frequent urge to pass urine, that is increased frequency of micturation, burning sensation while passing urine, itching at the tip of penis,, even fever or body ache these things suggest urinary tract infection(cystitis, uretritis, acute pyelonephritis (kidney infection)) . These can be treated with oral antibiotics in early stages. Please consult a general physician get one urine test done and prescription for infection.
