Lower left abdomen pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello, i am having very light pain in my lower left side of abdomen in the morning when i wake up. After few hours i don't feel such kind of pain till full day. But i am noticing while i wakeup in the morning i can feel clearly pain like something touching inside. Please suggest.
