Lower jaw pain under ear and neck pain.
I have right lower jaw pain exactly under the ear, lower jaw , ear pain for more than 2 months. This started after I chew some meal more than usual and next day I heard a pop in the jaw and jaw pain, seeking started that evening..went to different specialists. Went to ENT amd he did Endo. No Infection in sinus and ear. No wax buildup. I went to dentist and he said I might have a tooth crack/fracture or TMJ issue. I couldn't get proper definite answer from the dentist if it's TMJ or tooth crack. Whether TMJD cause neck pain? After a month of jaw pain, my side of the neck is swollen and very painful..like sore pain for past 3 weeks. I have pain on top right side of the head above ear. It's very sore. It hurts to touch exactly under the ear where the jaw ends. It's paining from day 1 for past 2 and a half months. Whether this is tooth or sinus or TMJD issue? My ear is clogged and feel fullness for 2 months. I have sore pain inside the ear, side of the neck and under the ear. Is it TMJD?

You must be having problem in jaw, because that pain radiates to ear, and the swelling is due to ongoin pathology there.
