Lower body weight

I am 5.6'. my weight is 82 kg. most weight looks in lower body. i am working women. why? and how to reduce weight as i am frequently doing yoga in morning 4-5 days in week.

22 KGS of weight loss u need I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month. Heathy diet and lifestyle is necessary. U can get inch loss also. Don't go with faulty methods of weight loss.

Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult nearest dietitian they will do the needful.
