Lower backpain headache
I am 24 year old and suffering from lower backpain, headache since 4 year my both legs are also paining some times due to this problem i am dipress little bit.
There is any permanat treatment of my problem sir?

There can be main reasons for lower back pain. Change your mattress. Do not spend long hours sitting and on computer. Get an xray spine done ap view. It will rule out if any abnormalities like disk prolapse or osteoporosis is there. Highly unlikely at this young age. I doubt all your problems are posture related. Do not bear heavyweights. Take tab shellcall daily 1 tab. If excess pain then take tab Zerodol-SP 1 tab SOS
